For that data, the customer is the party responsible for deciding why and how it is processed, and we act on the customer's instructions under our services agreement. Carriers and platform providers involved in delivery receive the data needed to complete each call or message.

How long we keep information
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for up to three years afterward, unless a business relationship follows. Customer account and billing records are kept for the life of the relationship and for the period required by tax and accounting rules, generally seven years. Web server logs are kept for up to ninety days. Data we process for customers is retained according to the customer's settings and agreement.
Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
