1. Agreement Acceptance 

By downloading, installing, or using any browser extensions, tools, or services provided by Interlinked Web Solutions, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use our products.

2. License Grant 

Interlinked Web Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the browser extensions and online tools for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions 

You shall not:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of any browser extension or tool.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available any products to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights in the browser extensions and tools, and all copies thereof, remain with Interlinked Web Solutions or its licensors.

5. Privacy and Data Protection 

Your use of the browser extensions and tools is subject to Interlinked Web Solutions' Privacy Policy.

6. Termination 

This EULA is effective until terminated. Interlinked Web Solutions may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The browser extensions and tools are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interlinked Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this EULA.

9. Governing Law

 This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Interlinked Web Solutions is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this EULA

 Interlinked Web Solutions reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the products constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
